Straight Walk Runway is more than a modeling academy it’s a platform for building confidence, presence, and purpose. Founded by Shereena Delgado, we empower models, creatives, and youth to step into their full potential through professional training, personal development, and industry mentorship.

Our Story
From Miami roots to New York runway experience, Shereena Delgado built SWR with the vision of creating a space where talent meets guidance, creativity meets structure, and confidence meets opportunity. Over the years, SWR has grown into a trusted academy and production platform, producing fashion shows, training models of all ages, and connecting creatives to meaningful opportunities.

Who Are Your Programs For?
Our programs are designed for aspiring models, beginners, developing talent, youth, teens, creators and anyone looking to build confidence, presence and industry knowledge. Whether you’re pursuing modeling professionally, exploring your creative gifts or simply looking for a space to grow, SWR meets you where you are and helps you prepare for what’s next.
How Long Are Your Programs?
Our programs range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the program, age group and level of development. We offer foundational training, advanced development, youth programs, specialty workshops and private coaching, so you can choose the experience that best fits your goals and schedule.
Are Programs Online or In Person?
Our core programs are primarily in person, giving students the hands on experience needed to develop runway, posing, confidence and professional presence. Select workshops, coaching sessions and educational experiences may also be offered virtually or in a hybrid format.
What’s Included in Your Fashion Production Services?
Our fashion production services can include concept development, creative direction, model casting, styling coordination, runway production, show flow, talent management, vendor coordination, event logistics, marketing support and on site production. We work with brands, designers, organizations and event partners to bring fashion experiences from concept to execution.

Do I Need Experience to Join?
No. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs. Whether you are brand new or already working in the industry, there is a program designed to meet you where you are.
What Ages Do You Work With?
We work with children, teens and adults, with programs designed around age, experience and individual goals. Our youth programs typically serve ages 6 to 17, while our adult and professional programs are available for 18+. Some programs may have specific age requirements.
Do You Help With Getting Booked or Signed?
Yes. SWR helps students prepare for real industry opportunities through agency preparation, casting guidance, professional materials, portfolio development and industry education. While we do not guarantee bookings or agency representation, we give students the tools, knowledge and confidence to pursue opportunities professionally and understand how to navigate the industry.
